It all comes down this. The regular season of the 2025 Betfred Super League will conclude on Thursday and Friday Night – and here are the Round 27 fixtures…
Hull KR v Warrington Wolves
Hull KR have won each of their last three Super League games against the Wolves, and have also won seven of their last eight Super League games at Sewell Group Craven Park.
A win for the Robins sees them lift their first ever League Leaders’ Shield on Thursday Night – and they are the favourites to do so.
Sam Burgess’ Warrington are on a four-game losing streak in Super League and will be glad to see the back of their 2025 campaign.
Will history be made in Round 27? Will there be more celebrations and silverware in East Hull?
Weighted predictions: Robins (3 points), Wolves (7 points)
Hull FC v Catalans Dragons
Hull FC have won each of their two Super League games against the Dragons this season, but Thursday’s clash is the most important yet.
The Black & Whites must win to keep their Play-Off hopes alive, before relying on Wakefield Trinity to lose the following day at Salford.
Will there be any drama on the last two days?
They have a home crowd to spur them on, although Hull can ill-afford to underestimate the French side, especially after their superb performance against Leeds in Round 26.
Who are you going for?
Weighted predictions: Hull FC (4 points), Dragons (6 points)
Wigan Warriors v Leeds Rhinos
There’s a stellar showdown between two of Super League’s heavyweights on Final Charge Friday, where the Predictor weightings are evenly split!
Wigan Warriors have hit form at exactly the right time and are currently on a four-game winning run, holding their opponents to six points or fewer on each occasion.
They’ve been truly dominant in The Final Charge, while Leeds Rhinos have also lit up the league in the later stages of the season.
It’s a tough one to call, but either way, we should expect fireworks!
Weighted predictions: Warriors (5 points), Rhinos (5 points)
Leigh Leopards v Huddersfield Giants
The Leopards have won each of their last four Super League games against Huddersfield Giants, and will secure third place with a win this Friday.
Leigh Sports Village has been a genuine fortress in 2025, and the hosts have won six of their last seven Super League games there.
Meanwhile, the Giants have won four of their last seven Super League games, and Luke Robinson will no doubt want his team to finish their season on a high…
Weighted predictions: Leopards (2 points), Giants (8 points)
Salford Red Devils v Wakefield Trinity
Salford will play their final game of 2025 on home soil this Friday and will welcome Play-Off hopefuls Wakefield.
Trinity are within touching distance of sixth spot, and a win would seal the deal. Can they hold their nerve?
Their last meeting saw Wakefield come away with a comfortable 72-10 victory in Round 12, but the Red Devils have go on to produce a handful of improved performances since that day…
Weighted predictions: Red Devils (9 points), Trinity (1 point)
St Helens v Castleford Tigers
Saints are heavy favourites in Round 27, despite losing their last three Super League matches.
The Red V have also won eight of their last nine Super League games against Castleford, including each of their last three by a combined margin of 116 points.
Can they produce a big performance at home ahead of the Play-Offs?
Weighted predictions: Saints (2 points), Tigers (8 points)
